Commission-only
150+ calls per day (750+ per week)
Hit the activity target: +$100 bonus
Book 1 qualified appointment: $240 total earnings
No meetings = no money. We keep closers only.
After Boot Camp (If You Make the Cut)
$140/week base guaranteed
$100 per qualified appointment
Weekly performance bonuses (volume + conversions)
