A U.S.-based media company is hiring a reliable bilingual Remote Office Assistant to help with daily calls, emails, messages, customer follow-up, and administrative support.
This is a full-time remote position for someone who is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to stay focused and responsive during scheduled work hours.
Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Take accurate notes and messages
• Respond to emails and office communications
• Assist customers with basic questions and follow-up
• Enter and update information carefully
• Keep records organized
• Support daily office and media-related tasks
• Complete assigned work accurately and on time
Qualifications
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Comfortable working from home
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to handle calls, emails, messages, and data entry
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
• Experience in reception, customer service, administration, call center, or office support is helpful
Remote Work Requirements
• Available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
